Necessary documents for REO Pre-Approval
To complete your pre approval process you must fax the following documents to me at 877-444-0043 or scan and email to me at joneric.lehman@prospectmtg.com.

    1. Most recent paystubs for 30 days showing YTD income.
    2. If receiving Social Security I need the current year social security award letter.
    3. W2s and or 1099’s from the last two years.
    4. Signed copies of your last two years' tax returns, including all schedules that were filed.
    5. If you own your own business I need two years business tax return with K-1’s.
    6. Most recent bank statements for two months.
    7. Most recent statements from any retirement and investment accounts for two months.
    8. If Divorced, please include decree.
    9. If you currently own another property I need the Mortgage Statement, Hazard Insurance policy and Property Tax Bill.
