I am very pleased to share that Prospect Mortgage Chief Operating Officer Amy Brandt has been named to HousingWire’s 2013 Women of Influence in the mortgage banking industry list. The list, which is based on nominations from the industry, highlights women who have made real and measurable contributions to the mortgage banking industry.
Amy has made a significant impact at Prospect and is clearly a leader within our Company and the industry. This recognition is a well-deserved acknowledgement of Amy’s successful and accomplished career in mortgage lending.
The twenty women included on HousingWire’s list were selected from more than 300 nominations -- the most in the three years the outlet has published the list. HousingWire limited the number of executives and leaders recognized this year from previous years. The list included women leaders from throughout the industry as well as Federal Reserve Chair Nominee Janet Yellen and United States Senator Elizabeth Warren.
The honorees included HousingWire’s 2013 Women of Influence list will be profiled in the November issue of HW Magazine. HousingWire’s press release announcing the honorees can be found here.
For Amy to be included among such an accomplished group of leaders is tremendous recognition for her and the work she is doing here at Prospect. Please join me in congratulating Amy for having received this honor.
